Augusta Entrepreneurs Prepare for Startup Pitch Competition

Part of the founding team at R6 Industries who will be participating in this year’s ATDC Startup Academy pitch competition.  

As the 2018 cohort of ATDC‘s Startup Academy anxiously awaits to pitch their ideas for cash and prizes, so do Augusta-area startup investors and advocates.

This annual event is designed celebrate the entrepreneurs that have successfully completed of an ATDC’s intensive 12-week program with a pitch event and startup showcase.

This year’s event will be held at the new Cyber Center and emcee’d by Dr. Gordon Jones of Universal Health Coin and preceded upon by a panel of notable judges including Charles Johnson, CEO and Founder of EDTS, Rick Franza, Dean at Augusta University’s College of Business and Sue Parr President/CEO at the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce and many more.

A cash price of $500, courtesy of Tech Talk Augusta, will awarded to single winner along with a free access to The Chamber’s Small Business Marketing Academy (a $500 value) as well as a $500 credit to

Past and current participants in ATDC’s portfolio will be on hand to talk about their entrepreneurial ventures, including PositiveHire, Case Basis, Cathaid, Sumo Robot League an Sky Ag Tech.
